Pastor’s Class Coming This Fall
Do you have questions about the Christian faith, what we believe or about our church? Are you interested in joining Williams or have you joined recently and want to know more? The Pastor’s Class is a great opportunity for you to do so.
The Pastor’s Class will meet during the Sunday School hour from 9:15-10:15 a.m. in “The Zone” for four weeks beginning September 13. New Members and anyone contemplating membership are encouraged to attend. All are welcome. Questions are welcome. If you will not be able to attend all the sessions, attend the ones you can.
September 13- How do I know I am a Christian? What does assurance mean to faith? How do I grow closer to God?
September 20- Why do we Baptize? How does Communion work? Why are these things important to me?
September 27- What do Christians believe? What do United Methodists believe?
October 4- Why are there different Christian denominations? Where do
Methodists fit into the Christian family? Where do I belong in the family?
