Calling all Kids, age 4 through 6th grade, for Kids Choir!!
We have rehearsals for Kids Choir during Alive @ Five on Sunday nights. Right now we are preparing a musical to be presented in the Maundy Thursday service on April 1, 2010. Maundy Thursday is a special day in the life of the church, and Danny asked the children to lead the worship service! Our musical is called “Journey of Praise”. I am really excited about teaching the songs to the kids and have them be in leadership positions for this special service.
Also upcoming: Confirmation kids (mostly 6th graders) will learn a special song to be presented during Confirmation Sunday on April 18, so the big kids need to KEEP COMING TO MUSIC.
