Children’s Ministries:

Vacation Bible School is July 25-29. The title this year is “Galactic Blast”. Wesley Hall and several classrooms will morph into outer space-themed areas. This is an awesome opportunity for our church to minister to Williams kids, Williams School kids, and others! Last year we served over 230 children. Won’t you be in prayer about volunteering to help pull off this HUGE project?? It is SO MUCH fun to help. Fill out a volunteer card and/or contact Sue (suecamp@cableone.net ) about your service to this worthwhile project.

Wonderful Wednesdays are fun days for Williams kids to get together this summer. Targeted ages are 1st-6th grade. Dates are June 16, July 14, and August 11. Activities include games and playtime.

Fine Arts Camp is scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, June 22, 23, and 24 from 9:00 – 11:30. Targeted audience is kids entering 2nd through 6th grades this coming school year. Attending children should have an interest in art, playing handchimes, or singing. Please call Sherri Waters or Amy Kirk in the church office for more information. Registration forms are available in the Welcome Center and should be turned in to Amy or Sherri by June 11.

The youth need your help! WM Youth needs three more counselors for church camp, which is Monday June 28th through Friday July 2nd. We need 1 more adult male counselor and 2 more female adult counselors. Being a church camp counselor – free! Getting to spend time with WM Youth at church camp – priceless! Please see Tommy Earl if you are interested! Thanks!

Ever thought about volunteering at Williams on a weekly basis? The Welcome Center is staffed every day from 9:00 – 4:00 with volunteers who answer the phone, do light office duties, and help people who walk in the door. Summertime is a good time to try it out since there’s lots of substituting due to travel schedules, mission trips, etc. If you are interested in finding out more, contact Patsy Thornton at (903)832-3457.

Williams travelers are at it again!! Coming soon: Trip to Branson in November. See Sue or Vee for details. Information is at the Welcome Center.
