Are You Ready for Vacation Bible School?
Vacation Bible School will he held this summer, July 24-July 28th at Williams Memorial United Methodist Church.
This years theme “Shake it Up” is set in a cafe and uses a food theme to learn more about God.
“In this kid-friendly cafe full of chefs hats and aprons, pots and pans, checkered tablecoths, and chalkboard menus, kids explore the Bible as a cookbook filled with recipes for living out God’s word. Through interactive lessons, that are easy for kids to apply to their lives today, boys and girls will celebrate Biblical festivals that reveal ingredients for being a follower of God.”-Cokesbury
We are glad to welcome new directors Stephanie Read and Martha Dunbar to VBS this year, and they are ready for you to join them during this wonderful week.
Early registration for VBS will be Sunday morning May 15 and Sunday, June 12. All families who register between May 15 and June 15 will be entered into a drawing for a free family meal.(Online registration is now closed!)
