Join us for Unplugged on the first Wednesday of every month at 8:30 p.m. for student led worship. Talk to Kaitlin if you would like to lead a devotion or lead us in music.

All Campus Retreat

All Campus Retreat is a time when Wesley Foundations and student ministries all over the conference get together to worship God, rejuvenate, and fellowship with one another. This year the retreat will be Friday February 17th – Sunday Feb. 19th at Lakeview Camp in Palestine, TX. The cost is $75 per person. Contact Kaitlin if you would like to go.

The Mix

An all denominational worship service on the campus of A&M Texarkana. This is a great time to meet, worship, and fellowship with other college age christians in Texarkana. We meet every Thursday night at 8 p.m. in Eagle Hall. The Mix will start back after the holidays on Thursday, January 19th.

College UM Army

A week long mission trip in the Texas region. It is sort of like high school UM Army, but much more laid back. We worship hard and work hard! This year we will be serving in Tyler, TX May 20th – May 26th.

Bible Study

Join us for our Spring Bible study, Christianity and World Religions, by Adam Hamilton. We will learn about other world religions and how to better appreciate them. Starting Monday, January 30th at 6:30 p.m. in room 132 at Williams Memorial UMC.

Wednesday September 14th

5:15-6:00 p.m. – All youth are invited to attend Cheer Practice in the youth center. The youth have been asked to come up with a cheer for Back To Church Sunday. After our back to church worship services this next Sunday, we will give our cheer during the visitors lunch. Let’s show everyone that we have spirit; The Holy Spirit that is!

6:00-7:00 p.m. – We have our High School Bible study in the youth center. We are going to be using Mike Slaughter’s small group study Change The World. This is for all high school youth; both boys and girls. See you soon!

Sunday September 18th

Youth meet this Sunday from 5-7 p.m. in the youth center. This is for all Jr. high and Sr. high youth, and you can invite your friends. While the adults have a short meeting at 5 p.m., the youth will gather for fellowship. Then we will have a meal, play a fun game, worship with our youth band, Broken & Perfect, hear a message, and then break into our small groups. See you soon.

 Wednesday September 7th

Sr high Bible study from 6-7pm in the youth center! We are going to be using Mike Slaughter’s small group study Change The World. Sign up for this small group study is this Wednesday, so you will not want to miss this important meeting! I’ll be ordering this material on Thursday, so if you can’t be here Wednesday send me an email so that I can order material for you! This is for all high school youth; both boys and girls!  Sunday September 11th

We will officially kick the new year off on Sunday September 11th from 5-7 pm with an evening of food, fellowship, and fun! There will be water games, water balloon games, and capture the flag! Please be sure and bring a towel, and clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet! You might want to bring clothes to change into for the ride home! Invite your friends! See you soon!

The Disciple series is designed to bring in every person, from the fisherman to the tax collector, regardless of background or knowledge of the Bible. This life-changing study begins with Genesis and continues through Revelation.

Disciple II, “Into the Word, Into the World” builds on the foundation laid by the Disciple I course. We focus on Genesis, Exodus, Luke and Acts, diving much deeper into the scripture than the Disciple I Course. Students will dig deep into the Word and when they emerge, be ready to take that Word out into the world and share it.

The Disciple II class, led by Joe Bunting, begins on September 12, at 6:30 p.m. in room 103 and continues every Monday night through the month of May. Sign up in the Welcome Center.
